1. Reporting Intellectual Property Violations
RemoteMedicalJobs respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users of our platform to do the same. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed upon by any user or content on our platform, please notify us by providing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the owner of the intellectual property or the authorized representative.
- Identification of the intellectual property claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material, including its location on the platform.
- Contact information of the claimant, including email address, mailing address, and phone number.
- A statement by the claimant that they have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement by the claimant, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that the claimant is the owner of the intellectual property or authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Handling Intellectual Property Claims
Upon receiving a valid intellectual property claim, RemoteMedicalJobs will take the following actions:
- We will promptly investigate the claim and may temporarily remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- We will notify the user responsible for the alleged infringement, providing them with a copy of the claim and the claimant's contact information.
- If the user disagrees with the claim and provides a valid counter-notification, the claimant will be informed of the counter-notification and provided with their contact information.
- If the user does not respond to the claim or counter-notification within the timeframes specified in relevant laws or regulations, we may take additional actions, including permanent removal of the infringing material or suspension of the user's account.
3. Repeat Infringers
RemoteMedicalJobs may, in its discretion, terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
4. Disputes
If any user believes their intellectual property has been wrongly removed or disabled, they may contact us to dispute the action and provide a counter-notification. In such cases, the claimant and user will be informed of the dispute and, if necessary, the dispute may be resolved through legal channels.
